"Clessidre" pasta draws inspiration from hourglasses and the flowing of the sand inside them.
The choice of the shape is not only aesthetic but also very functional: the helical with square section shape is obtained thanks to a revolving extrusion and it features an alternation of smooth and rough sides which are able to hold any kind of sauce bringing originality and innovation to your table.
The project was presented for the first time at the gastronomic manifestation "i Primi d'Italia" in Foligno (ITALY) as a result of a collaboration with iktome graphic studio, the amazing copywriter Serena Agneletti and the award-winning Chef Nicola Passarelli.
